I love this book. And I love Dr. Seuss. Green Eggs and Ham is my all time favorite... so much so that instead of passing along my copy I had to get the kids their own copy... I don't share everything...
But really, there is no better escape in imagination and fantasy than to pick up a Dr. Seuss book. And I am so glad that the kids like him too... he has some great books.
“Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You.”
And that sums it up nicely. Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss.

LOVE me some Seuss! When I taught, we always had green eggs and ham on his birthday. :)
Yeah, a lot of the schools around here do too. A friend is a janitor at one of the elementary schools in our district and he says it never fails... they have green eggs and ham and someone gets sick.
